The bed in the Double V room felt like a cloud, providing a great night’s sleep before a flight. Local pub suggestions for dining turned out tasty and affordable, with the food hitting the spot.

Heating didn’t kick in when needed during the evening, only warming up in the early morning hours. A corner of the bathroom carpet was soaking wet, leading to an unexpected wake-up call for bare feet. Walking back from the pub in pitch dark was tricky, with no street lighting and muddy paths, so don’t forget a flashlight.

The beds were comfy, but the walls were really thin everywhere.

Had a fantastic stay with friends. The room was clean and modern, and we really appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee. It was close to Effingham Park Golf Course, which we enjoyed during the day. The vibe was cozy, and the location was quiet. We even received a warm welcome and helpful tips for our local dinner at the Parson's Pig pub.

The only downside was that the shower room felt a bit cramped on the first floor, but it was manageable.

We enjoyed our stay in the spacious family room, which was perfect for our kids to spread out. The breakfast options were delicious, especially the freshly made full English. We also visited Tilgate Park, which was great for the kids to explore and play.

Had a great stay in a Double V room. Clean and spacious with comfy beds. We enjoyed tea and biscuits in our room. The shower was fantastic and the flat-screen TV was a nice touch. Breakfast was yummy, especially the sausages. Highly recommend for a quiet escape near the airport!
